When Amanda got a job in another city, she promised Daniel that nothing would change between them.

"I'll always love you," she said before boarding the bus.

For the first few months, they spoke every night. But as Amanda became busier, the calls became shorter, then less frequent. Daniel never complained. He simply wished her success and waited patiently.

He turned around, shocked.

Amanda shook her head and hugged him tightly.

"I almost did," she admitted. "But seeing you today reminded me that true love isn't measured by how often we talk, but by the goodness that never changes."

A year later, they got married in a simple ceremony surrounded by family and friends.
